Monday 27th October - Fitted the Throttle Bodies today and spotted the first problem, they sat far too high and there was no way the bonnet would be able to sit properly - infact the top of the TB's held the bonnet up by at least an inch and a half !
Solution was to turn the TB's upside down with the fuel rail at the bottom!
Also finished the plumbing with a bit of help from a 32mm aerial pole from B&Q -quite happy with this !

Well after a lot of swearing the radiator is in. Its a very tight fit inside the nosecone but hopefully it will be ok, I really didn't want to fit it flat and worry about fitting expansion bottles and re-welding the filler hole etc.The bracket was made from 30mm box steel (from an old computer table!!)
Scrapyard next week I think to find some long hoses.
